Evelin Bermudez is a founding member and manages SIVO. She has twenty-five years’ experience and training in sustainable development issues and community-based social development project design and management. Areas of expertise include institutional and organizational development; analysis of the social & economic development interface; and the promotion of corporate productivity and sustainability of programs, through research, analysis and the development of indicators for monitoring and evaluating social development impact. Strong knowledge of methodologies and strategy formulation for social and institutional analysis; multi-stakeholder public consultations; participatory monitoring and evaluation for education, micro-finance, and cultural resources management.
Julia Zlatanova | Marketing & PR Manager
Julia Zlatanova is an independent award-winning marketing communications consultant with a successful track record and 7 years in strategic communications and integrated marketing solutions in international environment, spanning the fields of public relations, advertising, brand communications, social media, content management and CSR. She holds thorough expertise both in the corporate and NGO sector, having worked for top-tier global brands and Fortune 500 companies, as well as in support of social causes such as women’s empowerment, breast cancer prevention and the fight against domestic violence. Believing in the power of brand ambassadors, she specializes in designing communication solutions which attract, engage and inspire.
Natalie Messerli | Project Manager, Asylum-Seekers
Natalie moved to Switzerland from the United States of America in August 2017. She studied human biology and holds a master’s degree in public health. Natalie has developed programs for adolescent health in Belize and women’s health in India. She has contributed to various policy and program evaluation projects focused on the impact systems have on key population groups. In addition, Natalie has received national award recognition for the implementation of a collective impact framework that fostered cross-sector collaboration as well as led to increased access and utilization of services. She has dedicated herself to various volunteer initiatives throughout her life and is excited to support local initiatives in Switzerland.
Sara Bresnahan | Project Manager, Mentoring Programme
Sara Bresnahan moved to Luzern in January with her soon to be husband. Sara is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States. Sara has her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees and is grateful for the joy and inspiration the social work field has brought to her life. Prior to moving to Luzern, Sara worked as a child and family therapist in a variety of community based settings. Sara enjoys daily yoga practice, outdoor activities, and slowing down to take in the beauty of this life.

Was born and raised in Serbia. Graduated at The Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Mathematics in Novi Sad, Serbia. Worked for 17 years in Serbia and Canada as an Oracle programmer. Currently working on specializing in Web Design. She lives in Switzerland for 7 years now, married and a mother of two.

Alessandra Godderidge is a Marketing & Sales professional with over 10 years of international experience, she studied Business Administration in Mexico City and holds a Master of Business Administration. For Alessandra, volunteering has always been among her interests, which she never formally did until moving to Lucerne and joining SIVO in October 2017.
