What new skills have you developed within your strategic volunteering time as a co-coach to Master students at Lucerne School of Business?
In my role as a co-coach I have refreshed my management consultant skills as I have worked with small groups of students who are engaged in consulting projects with Swiss small and medium enterprises. I have also learned much about the Swiss business and academic culture, which has been very interesting and beneficial.
What is the most important thing you learned?
I learned about various new ways in which technology can help companies, as well as how companies are built around various new forms of technology-based service offerings. How has this experience helped or will help you in your search of a job in Switzerland?
By updating many skills as well as exposing myself to business and professional situations, I have regained confidence and improved my communication skills. I believe this will allow me to better market myself.
