I Mastered Multitasking at a New Level!

What new skills have you developed within your strategic volunteering time as a co-coach to Master students at Lucerne School of Business?
As a co-coach, I am using my listening skills to understand what the students need and how I can help them. I am also applying my HR consulting skills because of a team that is doing an HR project with a cheese company in Luzern.

What is the most important thing you learned?
Multitasking at a higher level! I am currently studying, working and being a mom at the same time. My current situation has given me the ability to process several tasks at the same time, reading, cooking while taking care of my daughter or answering emails while doing the laundry.

How has this experience helped or will help you in your search of a job in Switzerland?
The most important part of the volunteering is being able to connect with professionals and integrate in the working sphere. This is something that the volunteering experience has given me. I have met a lot of people who see how I work and have invited me to work with them on other projects.
